They cut the bottom of my toe (without a word to me or a sorry - they tried to cover it up) which was painful for 2 days. Uneven cut and shaped nails - had to tell her this and it was a bother to fix them, which still wasn't right when I left. Nail polish chipped after one day - old nail polish which is probably topped up with remover to make it last longer. No scrub or hot stones on lower legs - they always did this. Didn't turn on massage chair. When finished the girl went and sat on her mobile phone and chatted to the other girls and left me sitting there. Had to ask it my nails were dry do I could get out of there. They also write their own reviews. BEWARE - you might as well do your own nails or go somewhere else.
