  Stayed here for a week with my family. We had a great time. Our room was very clean, very tidy, the view was incredible, my only complaints in the room is the appliances were quite old. Washing machine was hit and miss, the dryer not much better. Similar in the kitchen with the kettle, their best days were far behind them. The building is quite old and it shows in some places, but overall it’s still a very nice stay and I would happily come back.

  Our party stayed here for 2 nights over a May weekend.
  
  The location is fantastic. Right on the beach with spectacular views.
  
  However, the building is a bit dated and so are the rooms. It is your typical Gold Coast holiday letting apartment, probably from the 80's. Whilst the kitchen and main bathroom looked like it had been renovated in the last 10 years, the rest of the apartment was dated, as was the furniture (the couch had a stale urine smell).
  
  There appeared to be a combination of holiday letting and permanent letting units. Not sure if the other units were of the same standard.
  
  Amenities were great - outside pool/BBQ area, indoor heated pool and spa. And a sauna that has been nicely maintained.

  Perfect ocean view!
  Perfect location !
  
  We were on level 16 & enjoyed our stay greatly.
  The oceanview is super with a very large balcony.
  It’s the first time we have stayed here from high recommendation from my best friend ( Miss Xuan Trang Pham).
  Although we didn’t know to ask for free wifi on the first night. We have good wifi & safe parking without surcharged.
  
  The location is very convenient, everything is within reach. Behind the hotel is light rail, very close to Coles by walk.
  
  The reception is very friendly & professional as our flight had been cancelled at the last minute but we have found a very good deal to stay one extra day at the lowest rate.
  
  We will come back next holiday as we couldn’t find somewhere else better.

  The curtains were filthy dirty, there was mould in both shower ceilings, the toilet roll holder was bent and dirty the tool keep on falling to the ground, the door handle on the bathroom was nearly off, stains on the walls and one of the couches we didn’t even try to sit on it.
