They were reluctant and not helpful at all in using the gift card and would simply not listen when I was telling them how much money was on the card. Eventually they accepted partial payment from the gift card.

Pick your staff Berger coles - Jade C. Added January 20, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Showed up at 6.50 tonight, the woman refused to serve me. I asked her what time she's meant to close today and she replied 7.00. I told her it's only 6.51 but she said she has so so many many things to do before 7 with an annoyed frustrated tone as if I was asking for a favour when she was meant to be serving customer till 7. Does she not understand the meaning of closing time? Or do owners not give staff closing procedure times? Great service anyways. NEVER GOING BACK! Don't even deserve a star.

Never had an issue dropping in here quickly on my way to work to grab a drink or something on the go. It's an easy drive in/out back on the main road or as it's on the corner you can go back out via the lights.
