  Partner and I went in around 8:00pm she was looking at a jumpsuit one of the workers came up to us almost straight away and greeted us and pointed her to some more and the change rooms she was happy with the clothes she found went to buy it very friendly had a conversation about our stay even went out of her way to look around for some more clothes stores guy related would definitely recommend

  I came in early at 1000 hrs to buy a dress.
  The staff didnt open the door till 1020. We were waiting outside since the morning.
  Very irresponsible staff.

  I took a bikini back on Thursday just to change the top as I noticed once I got home that the top was size S and the bottoms size M. The label hanging down on the hanger both pieces had been placed on said M so I just bought it as I've had bikinis from there before and M fits perfectly. Well this rude, arrogant and up herself assistant wasn't having any of it and said there was no way I could change it for the correct one and didn't seem to understand that the pieces had been placed wrongly together on the hanger. I told her I hadn't and didn't need to try it on, I just knew the top would be too small and just needed a straight swap. She continued to patronize me loudly in front of other customers so I asked to see the manager. I was in total shock when she told me she was the manager! Her absolute lack of experience in customer service and problem solving scored a big fat ZERO! Now I was stuck with a bikini that wouldn't fit anyone! And to top it all off (wait for it)... she then told me to buy another one of the same bikini so that I would have both pieces the same size!!! Bahahaha!!! BIG FAIL you silly silly girl! ICE I love your clothes but seriously need to employ decent human beings!
