  Great experience with Peterpans. They help you to plan your trip from nothing to an exciting journey. And I feel like they planned the trip just like they are planning their own trip, which makes me so comfortable to let them plan everything of. They also provided different benefits at the destination which is also a good thing. Highly recommended if you are thinking of your next adventure!!

  The girls at Peterpan’s helped me plan an amazing East Coast trip! They were very accommodating and friendly. They also gave me really great prices that worked well with my budget. Would definitely go back to them in the future to book my trips!

  The worst customer service I have recieved. I write this in the hope of constructive criticism. Every question was faced with a negative answer and barriers. She was negative about everything!! No suggestions, just moaning in response to everything we asked and false information too. As I have been to the locations before and knew what she was saying wasn't true, fancy saying there are little to no dive companies at the reef, little knowledge about the pontoon and the famous George, which the other agency knew about straight away, she also laughed at me when i called it reef world and asked how old I was! Its noted in airlie everywhere as reefworld ...as well as much more garb about hardly no ferrys etc was mentioned. We got no quotes and no helpful suggestions even when outlining exactly what we wanted!! At one point we were like...We get it! But if we want to go anyway what's the quote! Twice! Nothing but just more moaning. It was fustrating. If going here only speak to the lovely blond girl that was in the store at the time. This other dark hair girl cut in at her desk and just ruined her sale and wouldnt let her get a word in. I don't want to be harsh and name maybe she was just having a bad day but when the team is working hard it's a shame for one person to bring the store down. We walked into the next shop to be given slurpys, possitive vibes, given loads of options to pick from, suggestions, knew all about the famous george at the pontoon and all the tours x5 of them worth alot of money, all booked in 20minutes. The tours have been fantastic so far also!

  Used this company to book all of my travels when in Australia and they were great! They recommended me certain companies for solo backpacking and I ended up meeting some really great people and have so many fond memories because of Peterpans recommendations. They always provided quick and timely services, answered all of my question and even price matched! I highly recommend Peterpans to anyone thinking of travelling or adventuring in Australia!

  They issued wrong tickets for my trip to Byron bay skydive, paid extra 30dollar per pax for video upgrade there. Request for refund from 27 of Dec, until today 13of Dec, no contact, no call , no result. Disappointed of their services, told me having Christmas and New year break, until now still break I wondering? They just tried to find excuses.
