  I've used Glen Smith at Newlands Professionals in Surfers Paradise for over 15 years. As usual I am never, ever disappointed. Yet again we achieved a record sale price. I cant recommend Glen enough. If you want to know the difference, its his absolute honesty at every turn. Glen hides nothing and nor does he dress anything up. Glen tells it like it is. A seller or buyer can not work with fake feedback . Thank goodness you wont get it here.
  Again thanks Glen for another brilliant result.

  WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⛔️ WORSE AGENT COMPANY AND WORSE NIGHTMARE FOR A LANDLOARD………We have been dealing with John Newlands professionals real estate Surfers paradise for the last 12 months and what a terrible outcome dealing with one of the WORSE rental agent from there (Megan Madsen )the outcome so unprofessional We were pushed to accept a new tenant for less money which we refused and of course she turned in her real color, started with not returning phone call email .hang up on me ... we checked the apartment and was left in very poor condition even so she send us a bond cleaning invoice from the tenant followed by a request to the tenant to come back and clean again certain area items ,there was staff missing like fork pillow cases light bulbs broken Matresses protector, left dirty linen in our sofa’ bed , we asked for the exit report was given all ok yet she request the tenant to fix problems, went to the office and a lady by the name Daniella presented her self as general manager..what a joke … she had no idea and kept going in and out of the room to find out more , then she bought out a copy of the entry report stating that the peeling of paint was recorded on the report .. another joke… the original entry report I had din t say anything about the paint peeling but sure enough the one she presented me was recorded peeling paint everywhere . Note :: the new entry report she presented wasn’t even signed or dated so off she went again only to back paddle saying oh sorry I can only go with what they tell me ..

  My wife & I have been looking for a property in The Gold Coast area for the past 3 months which has been through quite a changing market.
  I have to say we were very disappointed in all the rubbish most agents went on with & most of them crossed themselves off the list for ever using in the future for the next purchase or sale. It has completely amazed me how these agents couldn't even remember what they had told you in the last conversation, even on the same day.
  
  Tom & Jonathan were not just a breath of fresh air, they stood out from the pack in all aspects of the sale.
  
  Timeliness, courteous always & above all honest in all dealings, these guys should be on your interview list when considering agents. It was easy to see who they were working for, the vendor, & it cost us a bit more of which, when it is clear where you stand, we were happy to pay.
  
  We met the vendor post exchange & they also couldn't speak highly enough about this appropriately named, Professional team.

  I dont agree, I felt I was forced into a contract. I was under a mental health order at the time. My trusted agent was aware of that. I put thousands of dollars into renovations and best quality furniture. I believed in the salesperson.

  Had the chance to work with Janine Bennett recently and this woman is all words and all action. When she says something will get done, it gets done!! Professionals Newlands are so blessed to have such a lively and enthusiastic team member to drive business for them. 5 stars every day of the week !!!
