- Dorcas Lee Added April 01, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My SSD was not detecting on my 5 year old mac so I brought it in and he said he would check if there is anything wrong with it and if there's nothing wrong there would be no charge. Cut to the day I picked it up, he just updated my software and malware programs on my hard drive which I can do myself and charged me 50. I then reiterated that its my SSD not my hard drive. He then said "I did do some work, I updated the software" and that my SSD problem needed to be brought to the Apple store which he could have told me in the beginning when I explained the problem.
Update: After posting this review he gave me a full refund. I would still say approach at your own risk due to my unpleasant experience and time wasted for nothing to be done in the end. - Susan donovan Added July 23, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★"A Tech In Need"
I was have trouble with a setting on my I phone I txt A Tech In Need and had a response immediately and a solution to my issue
I asked if they could clean my laptop as I new it was not running the best it was done the same day
Great service
Sorry Apple you didn't have time for me today so I got "A Tech in Need" for " service with speed and I didn't have to leave my sofa indeed"
