When Anacapri tried to take the deposit from my credit card and couldn't, they cancelled my booking without even calling me. I left several phone messages over 3 days and sent an email telling them I wanted to pay the deposit, but with no reply. I believe because I made the booking 3 months prior and was able to get a great price that they didn't want to keep my booking as they could get a higher price if I cancelled. I have stayed there before but never again! I will never book again with Wotif as they would help either. Shame on you both!!!!!!

Room was clean and tidy and freshly painted. New kitchen and shower etc with views of the Beach and River.

- T X (Tex) Added July 12, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Unit 58 has just been fabulously renovated to executive standard and beautifully furnished with huge TV and plush lounge with recliner chairs . It also has stunning views of the ocean from every room, with a wrap around balcony that also has views of the mountains and river. You can wake to the sunrise over the ocean and relax with a drink in the evening on the balcony, watching the sunset.
