  Had a great time until I tried using the bathroom… There was no soap in the soap dispenser and when I tried to use the soap from the attendant, he demanded that I send him money through Zelle. And hey, I’m a thoughtful guy, I know that this is the only way he makes money, but he was trying to force me to send him $25 to use some soap in a bathroom and to pay for coat check even though earlier they told me coat check wasn’t available and I had to carry it around all night. No thanks, I’m not wasting more money than I’d spend on a drink to use soap. Left the club 5 minutes later.

  Very poor service esp by the doormen. Why treat high end clients with disrespect for no reason? Have fun being a door guy

  Went for an event for Tyler Cameron (which is the only reason I believe people even know about or want to come to this place). Got there early around 10PM with no line. Bouncer didn’t check my ID or vaccination card. Just scanned the ticket. Enjoyed a drink with a gf while crowd was starting to come in. Ended up right in front of the DJ booth and met one of the bouncers named Snoop. Very nice guy. Respectful and was doing his job, but not aggressive at all. Honestly, one of the most sweetest bouncers I’ve met.
  
  The crowd started to get a little pushy and out came this new bouncer who was extremely aggressive and rude. People were shoving and trying to get past the rope. As time went on, it seemed like he was letting his friends go back and forth as they please as well. I ended up getting pushed into the man several times due to the crowd and he pushed back very heavily. His friend walked past and it seemed as if he wanted to “flex” so he grabbed me and tried to escort me out for no good reason. Another man at the main door asked what happened because I was not resisting or causing a scene. I said how awful the bouncer was and they didn’t kick me out. After that, my gf and I ended up still having a good time. I wouldn’t recommend coming to a packed event with security like that. I wonder how they treat people who are actually causing a ruckus. Mad love for Snoop tho!

  Like everyone else says, get rid of the doormen they only allow people who have a "reservation" or the ones they like. Doesn't even matter about race like most others here say, the crowd is pretty diverse but overall good luck getting in here unless you know someone. There are far better clubs in River North specifically by Hubbard and Kinzie.
