  I stayed at Magic on Main, Surfers Paradise for 7 nights. The accommodation was excellent and the house exactly like the photos on Coastal Holiday Rentals website. We also booked car hire with this company which we picked up from the airport.
  The house was clean, exceptional location and had great fishing. I would not hesitate to use these people again.

  Do not booked from them as they are unethical and worst customer service ever. We booked an apartment unit at level 18 Chevron Renaissance Resort. Prior before booking the response thru email was fast, but after check out when there are issue and they charge you for a fee for cleaning. They do not response. When we check in, we did not notice anything on the carpet and when check out they show us a picture that there is chewing gum on the carpet and require cleaning. They will deduct the cost from the bond and as mentioned to them, we don't chew or buy any chewing gum, it is unlikely left by us. And when I requested for photo to show that the carpet was clean. No response after more than 1 week. This is how customer service is.
  
  Holiday Coastal Rental is truly NOT HONEST at all. I will show all the FACTS.
  
  Firstly, yes you have supplied time and date stamped from the date of my departure showing chewing gum walked into the carpet in 1 of the walkway leading to 1 ROOM and not several rooms as mentioned by you.
  
  Secondly, you guys DID NOT SENT any no damaged images to the carpet after the professional cleaning even upon a few reminder from me. SEE THE IMAGES BELOW.
  
  Thirdly, I DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGED that the gum was not on the carpet upon on my arrival.
  
  LASTLY, there is NO INVOICE of the carpet cleaning sent to my email at all.
  
  THIS IS HOW HOLIDAY COASTAL RENTAL FUNCTION. EVERYONE DO TAKE NOTE.
