  Got a free upgrade to an amazing room. Great view, overlooking the beach and ocean.
  Excellent location, close to everything you need, especially if you don't have a car.

  iv stayed at the Grand Chancellor Hotel a few times over the years it was run down tired and in bad need of renovations desciding to book a room in the now Novotel it was worse than my last stay. there was mould in the carpet in the corridor dust and dead flies in the door way, and window sills thick dust under the bed mould in the shower leaking taps tea and coffee tray empty bad WiFi stained sheets and rust at the bottom of a slow running fridge just to name a few things..for the price of a room you can stay at better hotels closer to the beach and shops in clean and upgraded rooms for the same price.. i will say the staff is very friendly and helpful and will go out of there way to TRY make your stay enjoyable
